Stopping Obesity

     In this paragraph you will learn about how to stop obesity. Two ways to do this is exercise
and to eat the right foods and nutrientsthat you need. Did you know that exercise and eating the right foods could help you stay alive?
    Exercise is one of the most important ways to lose weight. Doctors recommend 60 minuets physical activity a day. Many schools are now taking breaks during class to do jumping jacks. Another way to lose weight is to count the calories you take in. Then try to burn off more calories then you took in. Those are just are just few ways to stay healthy.
     Now we will talk about food and how it can help you stay healthy. People should cut down on pizza, burgers, chips, chocolate, soda, and french fires. Also you should eat foods that are less in fat and calories. Also drink water instead of soda.
Eating right and exercising are important but those are a few ways to stop obesity. Are you obese?
