schools are now taking breaks during class to do jumping jacks. Another
way to lose weight is to count the calories you take in. Then try to
burn off more calories then you took in. Those are just are just few
ways to stay healthy.

talk about food and how it can help
you stay healthy. People should cut down on pizza, burgers, chips,
chocolate, soda, and french fires. Also you should eat foods that are
less in fat and calories. Also drink water instead of soda. Eating
right and exercising are
