X-mas customs
Traditional meals
     Forty days before Christmas the Christians respect the fast Christmas, which ends in X-mas night. The slaughter of the pig is made traditionally in "Ignat day", 20th December which anticipates the Christmas. The tradition of preparing sausages,  jellies, "sarmale"(a tradition meal from Romania) is ancient, from our ancestors.

Also from the desert won't miss the peak and the warm cakes made home and a bottle of wine made by men in autumn from their own grapes.
