· 300g bacon
· 250g lean meat
· 250g liver
· 300g spare ribs
· 1 kg red peppers PREPARATION:
· 1 kg potato
· 1dl olive oil 1- Cut all meat and put salt
· Garlic and pepper on it.

4- In the same oil fry the pieces of red pepper
with the bay leaves and hot pepper.
5- Fry the potatoes lightly with clean oil.
6- Add all ingredients to
casserole, add salt to taste and serve very hot.
