Catalina's secret almond cake recipe
*200 grams of ground almonds
*200 grams of white sugar
*1 grated lemon peel
and keep apart the egg whites. With the egg yolks prepare a cream
together with the sugar, the lemon ppel, the ground almonds and the
cinammon. Add the egg white to this cream taking care not to make
them go down and mix everything well.
Butter the cake tin and place the cream inside and bake in a pre-heated oven (160º) for 60 minutes.
When you have finished sprinkle icing sugar over all the cake.
Eat this with ice cream and imagine you are in Mallorca!!!
