The Bowhead whale is one of nature's most fascinating creatures in the animal kingdom. They are found in the waters of southern Australia. The massive body protects it from the cold water. Its mouth alone is 16 feet long, and 12 feet high. Fun fact!- Its tongue can weigh up to one ton! Adult females and males can grow up to 60 feet in length, but the females are longer sometimes. The Bowhead whale eats Plankton and Krill. They end up eating two tons of food every day. Overfishing and boating accidents.
