Team Collaboration

Our team worked together by creating a folder on our school’s common drive.  We decided which template to use for the pages and who was going to do which pages.  Then we spoke with our coach and got her approval.  From there on out, we researched and asked each other if the pages looked nice.  We also tested the pages on other computers to make sure that the pages were not messed up or the links were wrong. 

As we made small corrections, the team members began to work on some of the same pages. Some obstacles we encountered were that one of us would make changes to a page while another of us had it open.  It would be saved once, in the updated version and then the other person would also save it, basically undoing the work we had done.

Team Diversity

The diversity of our team is first defined by gender. We are a male/female combo. Our Ethnic backgrounds include German/Irish, Italian/American, and German/American. We've all lived in different places and visited different countries. We are in different grades, we're different ages, and have different interests. Some of us are sporty and some techy.

Our information for the Points of Interest comes from various sites. We pooled the information from each site and took the important and interesting bits to make a short, useful paragraph of intriguing facts.
