Here are some of Britain's Appetizers

One of the most popular ways to serve them in Britian is "angles on horseback" which is the whiter version of "devils on horseback" both of them are served hot. It is shucked oysters or scallops wrapped in baked bacon. Also was named angle horseback because when the oysters get hot they curl forming wings.

-On the right we have the Bacon

"Devils on horseback" is almost the same as "angles on horseback" except its darker. Its made up of dried plums filled with mango chutney and also wrapped in bacon. Devils on horseback usually gets a lot of extra species to spice it up. The name was given to the appetizers because its almost black.
