Collaboration:

We had a group of three -- two guys and one girl. As the girl, it was my job in our group to organize the whole webpage and get it put together. One of the guys had the job of researching the media and information for the site; and the other was responsible for creating and animating the banners on the website.

As the Team Leader, it was a real challenge to get everything done. I have learned a great deal about computers, computer programs, and webpages this year. I hadn't used computers much before now. As a group we also learned about deadlines, putting in the hours necessary and getting work done on time.

Team Diversity:

Our group consisted of an Afghan/American, a European/American, and German/Russian/American. Between us we speak four languages: English, German, Spanish, and Arabic. Our families are civilian and military. We've lived in a number of countries.
