In 1925 Alice Comedies became popular and remained so until 1927.

After Alice Comedies, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit became popular.

Short stories called Silly Symphonies started in 1929.

Then in 1930 Disney's career skyrocketed with the creation of Mickey Mouse.

In 1935 Mickey Mouse was no longer the most popular cartoon character -- he was replaced by Popeye the Sailor.

In 1934 Disney started to create Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. It took three years. After it came out, it was the first major animation in the English world.

After the huge success of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, Disney decided to create three more movies: Pinnochio, Fantasia, and Bambi. They came out in 1939.
