Nowadays, suggestion of new approaches to medical intervention for people with autism is continuously put forward. While there have been many advances in various areas such as genetics, pharmacology and neuroscience, rigorous evaluation of the effectiveness of those approaches is still of great importance. In order to provide maximum benefits for the students, and as educational settings often prove their usefulness in evaluating medical intervention in 'real life', other treatment approaches (educational and behavioral intervention) should also be carried out collaboratively.
