In The Spotlight: Rory Hoy
Rory Hoy is a boy with Autism, but he is also a musician, a TV and film producer. He has been featured on various TV shows, has his DVD published orldwide and is now launching his album debut CD worldwide!
Rory sister has written a book named "My special brother Rory" which is sold in Amazon. In that book, she described how it's like to have a special brother, and how her brother is "a little different" but also very talented. In the book, there are colorful demonstrations and drawings from his sister. You can get access to the book at:

This is what Rory says about himself in his Myspace:
"I'm a Music Producer and I also make short films, over 30 to date, 3 of which have been shown on BBC TV. My latest 'Autism & Me' is released with my booklet on DVD worldwide through Jessica Kingsley Publishers (www.jkp.com). I've been featured on Sky News, NBC 'Today' show in America, ITV Yorkshire and BBC Radio. I've also won 3 national awards, a UNICEF award and a Royal Television Society nomination.

I'm Youth Patron of the London based charity 'Resources for Autism' I've recently signed a non exclusive record contract with Freddy Fresh's 'Howlin' Records' label and my first full album CD 'Cosmic Child' of chillout and ambient breakbeats is released worldwide on March 10th 2008 (March 31st in the UK, distributed by Kudos Records), The Track "Right On (Funk Jam)" was broadcast on an MCPS-PRS Podcast in late January 2008. I'm also doing some more TV and Radio this year and will keep you up to date via blogs with all the latest news."
