In this section, we delve into what people think about the Age-Old Struggle. We feature individuals who have contributed greatly to changing mindsets of people as well as find out what the public thinks about gender roles.
- Featured Individuals: Benazir Bhutto
As the assassination of Benazir Bhutto made headlines recently - most of us will know who she is and her life story. She was outspoken and strongly against the practice of honour killings. She achieved a first in many ways, and her death is a great loss to us all.

Warren Farrell's experiences have been really unique. While a well-known masculinist now - not many are aware that he actually once championed feminism. He believes that women today actually have the upper-hand.
- Featured Individuals: Eleanor Roosevelt
Eleanor Roosevelt, the First Lady to Franklin D. Roosevelt, was famous not only for her status, but also for being a human rights activist. She contributed greatly to the welfare of girls by volunteering as a teacher of History and Literature and the attainment of equal rights.

Margaret Mead does not consider herself to be a feminist, but is known to be one through her ideals and publications. She conducted studies on tribal societies to find out gender and temperament were related as everyone considers them to be.
- Featured Individuals: Simone de Beauvoir
Simone de Beauvoir, like Margaret Mead, never considered herself as a feminist but was seen as one by everyone else. She wrote on the oppression of women, advocated changes for women for having childcare, equal education, the right to abortion etc. Like Margaret Mead - she believed that social conditioning is the key factor determining a person's character.
