TIPS

*** POINT YOUR TOES, AND MAKE YOUR LEGS STRAIGHT. WHEN YOU LAND YOUR JUMPS MAKE SURE YOU LAND WITH FEET TOGETHER***

TOETOUCHES- When you do a toetouch, have your arms in at T position and do not bring your arms to your feet bring your feet to your arms. If you bring your arms to your feet then you lean over and it doesn’t look that good. Also, be sure to point your toes!

PIKES- When you do pikes, be sure to have your legs straight and your toes pointed. When you do a pike, bring your toes to you. DON’T BEND OVER!

HURKEYS- When you do herkies, your back leg goes out to the side of you and your front leg is straight. Point those toes, too.

FRONT HURDLER- A front hurdler is like a hurkie but your back leg is out straight, kind of like your going over a hurdle.

TUCKS- When you do a tuck just tuck your legs and be sure to kick out and point your toes.

 

***BE SHARP ON ALL OF YOUR MOTIONS! IF YOUR DOING A DANCE YOU STILL NEED TO BE SHARP BECAUSE THE DANCE HAS CHEER MOVES TOO.  IF YOUR NOT SHARP IN THE DANCE, CHEER, AND CHANTS THEN IT WILL LOOK SLOPPY***
