Down syndrome people have different affects to
us such as a flatter face, up ward slanting eyes and a larger tongue. Most
people that are unfortunate with this Down syndrome disease are likely
to have health problems such as heart issues.

Down syndrome is caused by chromosomes. Chromosomes
are thread structures which are found in each brain cell, and are made
up of genes. Genes give specialists the correct info about the patient
from hair colour to their correct gender

Most babies that have Down syndrome are likely
to have problems in their stomaches or a blockage in their intestines that
stops them from digesting food properly. Kids with Down syndrome are likely
an infection that affects their lungs. When they do get infections the
infections last longer than normal.

About one in every 800 babies is born with Down syndrome, no matter what race or nationality their parents are it doesn’t matter. You can only be born with it. It is not contagious so you can still be friends with these people.
If the mother is pregnant and the older she is,
there is more of a chance that her baby will have Down syndrome
