Sleep Schedule- Wake up and go to bed about the same time on school nights and non-school nights should not differ in time either.

Weekends- Do not sleep in on weekends because it makes it harder to catch up on sleep. This makes it harder to go to sleep on weekdays.

Naps-If you are very sleepy during the day, nap for 30-45 minutes. In the afternoon dont sleep too long because it will be difficult to go to sleep on time.

Exercise- Exercise regularly each day of the week. Exercise may help you fall asleep.large product photo

Bedroom- Make sure your bedroom is comfortable, quiet, and dark. Make sure that it is also not too hot at night. You should also know that sleeping in a room that is more then 75 degrees makes it hard to sleep.

Bed- Use your bed only for sleeping. Don't study, read, or listen to music on your bed.
