When we decided on taking part in this competition, we have realised that we have to bring up the subject, which is as current as possible and relates to all people in the world. Weather... induced us to become absorbed in secrets of renewable sources of energy. In December and January in Poland winter reigns: frost, snow, snowdrifts and snowstorms. This year we can say: world loses its head! In December and January trees started to let out first buds and in gardens flowers started blooming. The nature goes mad- we would like to say... But, is really nature guilty?
It turned out that people go mad and they contribute to drastic changes in climate. They aren't aware of consequences of their actions. From each side we are surrounded with smoky cities and huge factories, which let out carbon dioxide and another gases and destroy the atmosphere. All we know that fumes, smokes from factories chimneys and smokes, which get out from our houses, cause a huge hole in the atmosphere our Earth. Through this hole dangerous rays reach our planet. That's why diseases of skin, eyes and tumours appear. What is more, emission of dangerous gases causes so-called acid rains, which destroy forests- green lungs of Earth. Gases, which are emitted from the Earth, create, as a result of combustion of fossil fuels, coal or petroleum. Besides, that gases destroy atmosphere and cause formation of layer around the Earth, which prevents excess of warm rays from getting out from our Earth, what causes occurrence co-called greenhouse effect. The consequences are tragic: glaciers are melting, level of water in oceans is rising, and what follows, some of islands are endangered of flooding. Kinds of animals and plants disappear, because they don't accustom to sudden climate's changes. Disaster are more frequently, such as hurricanes or hailstorms. People are more frequently sick, infections and viruses are developing. Would we like to live in endless fear? Would we like to save our planet from destruction? Is prevention difficult? NO! Help your Earth as long as we can. In a minute, it will be too late...
