Based
on Indonesia's written law, "Government should take
care of the homeless children". It means the government
has an obligation to take care of the homeless children
including children of street. They supposed to have rights
just like other kids on their age. Our government promises
rights such as: civil rights & freedoms, family environment
& alternative care, basic wealth & welfare, education
leisure, and culture activities & special protection.
But in fact, they don't get any at all! How could it be?
As a human being, every person has their own rights. But
why those children didn't? There are several reasons behind
it. There are:

Family's income are insufficient so the parents ask their
children to beg money on the street so that they would get
additional income.

The children feel uncomfortable with their homes and the
environments so they decide to find a new society.

Some parents don’t aware about their role as a parents
which that is truly important for their children's psychological
and physical development
- Some
parents don’t care about their children rights
-
The realization of the solution which founded by government
haven’t done optimal and effectively
-
Limited support from the social organization.
That's
right, we know their condition, we know the reason, we aware of
their presence. So, we have no reason to keep them baing neglected
