         In  Italy,  wine  is  drunk  at  every  meal.  Kids  drink  wine  regularly  also.  The  wine  that  kids  drink  has  almost  no alcohol  in  it.  It's  called  table  wine.  Pasta  is  an  Italian  favorite.  Many  people  don't  know  this  but  the  traditional  spaghetti   and  meatballs  is   "leftovers  only"  in Italy.  Usually,  in  Italy  meatballs  are  made  of  leftover  chicken  or  beef.  Genova,  Italy  is  known  for  its  pesto.  Ravioli and  rolatini  are  yummy.  Pizza  originated  in  Italy  and  now  is  an American  favorite.
