History


After the Exile by the Romans the Jewish moved to Europe and North Africa. in the Diaspora (scattering of Jews outside of Israel or Palestine),the rich lives contributed greatly to the community they lived in. Though they always prayed about going back to Israel. During the first half of the 20th century the immigration of Jews from Arab countries and Europe increased greatly. During the British rule over Palestine Jews faced great violence and massacres (murder) by Arab citizens or forces of nearby Arab states. During World War II, the Nazi regime about 6 million Jews were killed. Creating the big tragedy of the Holocaust.

On May 14, 1948 the Declaration of Independence was pronounced for the State of Israel announcing it's freedom!
