Leather Farming: A Fatal Fashion
What can I do?
Don't buy or wear any products made from leather.
Spread the word about how the animals suffer for our selfish needs.
Always buy synthetic leather products.
Chew on this...
Leather can be made from a variety of animals: snakes, cows, goats, pig, sheep, and also from exotic or endangered animals such as zebras, elephants, eels, sharks, seals, walrus, crocodiles, alligators, kangaroos, ostriches, and many more.
Animals are slaughtered when they are fully conscious.
Animals raised for leather are kept in overcrowded sheds and they do not have enough room to sleep or move.
None of the animals specifically bred for leather enjoy anything natural.
Million of kangaroos are slaughtered, in Australia, yearly for their skin.
