Leather Farming: A Fatal Fashion
What can I do?
  • Don't buy or wear any products made from leather.
  • Spread the word about how the animals suffer for our selfish needs.
  • Always buy synthetic leather products.

Chew on this...
  • Leather can be made from a variety of animals: snakes, cows, goats, pig, sheep, and also from exotic or endangered animals such as zebras, elephants, eels, sharks, seals, walrus, crocodiles, alligators, kangaroos, ostriches, and many more.
  • Animals are slaughtered when they are fully conscious.
  • Animals raised for leather are kept in overcrowded sheds and they do not have enough room to sleep or move.
  • None of the animals specifically bred for leather enjoy anything natural.
  • Million of kangaroos are slaughtered, in Australia, yearly for their skin.
