L.E.D's are more energy efficient- L.E.D bulbs only use 1/3 of the energy a incandescent bulb uses.  Incandescent bulbs radiate 98% of energy as heat. 

L.E.D's last longer- the life of one L.E.D light is 50,000 to 100,000 hours.  Incandescent and fluorescents last only 10,000 hours. 

L.E.D's are durable- these bulbs are heat, cold and shock resistant.
