Bicycle motocross, more commonly known as BMX, is an individual and a team sport. BMX is done on dirt, grass, mud, and ramps. BMXing was designed for racing. It is a different type of MX, which instead of using a motor it is complete leg power. For the races the riders perform fancy aerial tricks, where they ride off jumps, there are large dirt ramps that are designed just for tricks. It was discovered that you can take a BMX bike off a skateboard ramp and do flips and spins.
