Motocross, MX, is an individual and a team sport. MX is done on dirt, grass, mud, and ramps. MX is off-road motorcycle racing. The races are short, looped dirt courses. The courses are full of bumps, bends, and sloped curves called berms. Supercross is done inside a stadium, on dirt courses made by bulldozers. Freestyle is when the riders perform aerial tricks, which are similar to grab tricks done in skateboarding.
