Shambhala Imagine a city in the mountains of Tibet protected by a psychic barrier as well as super-human beings, and inhabited by semi-perfect creatures with special powers. Here, aircraft and cars have been used for hundreds of years. Shambhala, the hidden kingdom, is our next destination. “Shambhala is a place known in the Tibetan Buddhist religion,” says Ember as you fly on her back over the Himalayas. “It is said to be located between the Gobi desert and the Himalayas, within the mountains of Tibet. The city looks like a lotus with eight petals, and is surrounded by mountains of ice. The center of the ‘lotus’ is the city’s capital, which is made out of gold, diamonds, coral, and gems. The beings living in this city are guiding human kind.” You spot a city out of the corner of your eye, but when you turn your head, it disappears. “Each of their kings rule for 100 years and prepare for the war with humans that will one day come.” States Ember, continuing her lecture, “When the human race turns evil and are ruled by a wicked king, everything protecting Shambhala will disappear. The city’s 32nd king, Rudra Cakrin, will lead a final war against the evil human king.”
