Polish Recipe- Bigos
Ingreadients to make Bigos.

1 green cabbage,

1 big can of tomato paste,

1\2 1bs of bacon,

1 1bs of {polish} sausage,

1 big onion,

2 cloves of freash garlic,

salt & pepper.

 

INSTRUTIONS:

1. Wash cabbage and cut very finely.

2. Boil it in a pot until it is cooked and drain it.

3.Cut bacon and {polish} sausage and try it with onoin and garlic.

4. mix sausage and cabbage together in a big pot.

5.Add tomato paste, salt and pepper and cook for 1 hour.

TIP: best served with freash bread.
