- 1kg of plain flour
- 50g of yeast
- A bit of salt
- A spoon full of olive oil
- About half a litre of water
- Can of chopped tomatoes
1 First put the flour, yeast, olive oil and salt in a bowl and mix it.
2 Stir in the water and mix into a soft dough by hand.
3 Cover the bowl with the dough in and leave it for about 2 hours until it doubles the size of the dough.
4 when it’s ready place the dough in a greased pizza tray and spread it with your hands.
5 Put the chopped tomatoes on top first and then put the mozzarella, mushrooms, salami and the onions on top.
6 Finally put it into the oven at 170 degrees for about 20 mins.
