- A full English is the traditional English breakfast. This consists of sausages, bacon, eggs, tomato and beans.
- Lunch is normally a sandwich or baguette on work days.
- Dinner is traditionally a more formal mean and can have three courses, starters, main course and desert followed by coffee.
Main courses usually consist of meat, two vegetables and potatoes. A less formal meal is fish and chips with peas or beans.
