Green Checked Parrot
The Green checked parrot is a very cool looking parrot. It is medium sized parrot and very stocky with mostly green plumage. Most of the parrot is green, but there is a red crown, and it has a pale beak. It is about thirty centimeters long and weighs about 300 grams. With its wingspan, it is 213 centimeters long. For food the parrot will eat pine seeds, maize, berries, beans, and flowers. It lives in woodlands, flood plain forests, and in tropical lowlands. Lastly, it has a population with in 3,000-6,500.
