Ouija Boards
An Ouija Board is an interesting “toy”. It only works when your fingers are placed on the planchette. A planchette is a small three legged device with a hole in the middle. The device was named after the creator, a French medium named M. Planchette. “Ouija” came from the French word for yes, “oui”, and the German word for yes, “ja”.
It may seem scary, but when you play with other people, there could be some fakers. That is why when bad spellers play words will be misspelled. Yet it is still the second highest selling board game in Europe and the US, with 25 million games sold.
