In order to make this website we are particularly grateful to the Manager of the Mercat de S'Olivar, the biggest traditional fresh produce market in Palma de Mallorca.

Also, we would like to give thanks to Tomeu Ferragut, the economic and financial consultant to the Town Hall of Palma de Mallorca who explained everything about how a market works as well as giving us detailed information about traditional mallorcan food.
