I chose to work on this website because it is a current topic, and it affects a lot of people. Hello, I am Ivana. My mom is an immigrant. I speak Spanish and English. I was born here in the United States. I like traveling, drawing, dancing and playing soccer. I like to visit Venezuela and go to the beaches. I did all the interviews, wrote Among the Voiceless, Illegal Immigration, typed the statistics, and made the Flash presentation. I play the piano and the viola. But I like to play with my dog, Marco Polo, the most. I think the world would be a better place if ALL people were treated equally.

Hi, my name is Lara. I am an immigrant from London, England. I have been living in ther US for 7 years. I love to travel, and designing fashions is one of my passions. My favorite places to visit are London, France, and the beaches in Lebanon. I wrote The Environmental Impact of Immigration, How to be a US Citizen, interviewed my dad, I typed the results from the Survey, and wrote Top Immigration Myths and Facts. I did most of the hyperlinking for each story, and I revised a lot of the work.  I think it is important for people of all ages to be aware of immigration, even if they aren’t an immigrant. Immigration affects everything we do: the things we eat, the things we buy, our friends, and how we live our life.
