Two of our team members interviewed Ms. Hinkle, the program director for AIDS Care Center for Education & Support Services (ACCESS) about HIV/AIDS and AIDS orphans. Ms. Hinkle is a resident of Norfolk, Virginia, USA where she does most of her work.
