The urban sector is also not untouched.

In rural sector, mostly these chidren are employed in agriculture. In urban sector, there are many industries employing them SOme of them are glass bangle induatry, crackers industriy, bidi industry, brick making industry, domestic help, etc. The great challenge of India, as a developing country, is to provide nutrition, education and health care to these children.
