About Us

About Us
The four members of this thinkquest team are classmates at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. Here we met and planned to try our best in this project. Our leading coach Mr Gupta has introduced us to this contest and encouraged us to take part. We started our work at the earliest in the summer vaccations 2008. Even then we are in the search of the diversity in our team but at the middle of this interesting job, it has also been completed. We've got Sra. Mieles as our asstt. coach and their students as our remaining members. She helped us a lot The softwares used in creating this project are Macromedia Dreamweawer for web designing, Adobe Photoshop Elements and GIMP which is a free source as image editor, Internet explorer and Mozilla Firefox as Internet Browser. We have used Java Scripts to make our site attractive. We were very lucky that we have got the chance to do this type of interesting project. We have got a great support and assistance from our family, friends and our neighbours. We have suffered many difficulties while working on this project. We have really enjoyed a lot. Hope you will like this site.

Why we choose this topic
We those to make our site on the topic of harmful efffects of mobile radiations because we think that it is a topic that will gain more attention. To many cell phone users are there but they dont know their advert effects. Mobile phone has become a part of our daily life. We want to create an awareness among the peoples using mobile phones very blindly, and they are allowing their childrens also. That the children are more effective than adults.

Objective
The aim of CELL KILLING CELL is to make the people aware of the harmful effects of mobile phone radiations. As we know that the use of cell phones are becoming  more and more popular, and the peoples are using cell phones as they don't know their  harmful effects. In this project we have tried  to show the reality about cell phones that how can they affect our health? Day to day peoples hear about these things but they ignore them and after that they have to suffer from this. We hope that our presentation have made a great effect on your mind and the view towards cell phones. We hope that you have learnt something from our presentation.

Meet The Team

Yagyesh has done a very good job in creating  the images. He has put up all his skill of graphics on this project.

Mordhwaj the Java encoder, has done the web designing. He has referred many sites and tried to do his best on java coding.

Haresh, one of the most important member of our team. He is content maker and presented a very good perfomance in content designing.

Nagendra, he had refered all the library books and searched on the internet. And helped Haresh in making of contents.

Leakage of calcium ions into neurones generates spurious action potentials accounting for pain and other neurological symptoms in electro-sensitive individuals.

As of August 2005, there were more than 2 billion users worldwide.

mobile phones were first used in the 1900's.

In 1945, the zero generation (0G) of mobile telephones was introduced.

In 1983, Motorola DynaTAC was the second approved mobile phone by FCC.

In 1984, Bell Labs invented cellular technology, which employed multiple, centrally-controlled base stations.

The first commercial cellular network was launched in Japan by NTT in 1979.

The first "modern" network technology on digital 2G (second generation) cellular technology was launched by Radiolinja in 1991 . Nokia is currently the world's largest manufacturer of mobile phones.

India expects to reach 500 million subscribers by end of 2010.

Well-replicated studies have shown that weak electromagnetic fields remove calcium ions bound to the membranes of living cells, making them more likely to tear, develop temporary pores and leak.

DNAase leaking through the membranes of lysosomes explains the fragmentation of DNA seen in cells exposed to mobile phone signals. When this occurs in the germ line, it reduces fertility and predicts genetic damage in future generations.

Leakage of calcium ions into the cytosol acts as a metabolic stimulant, which accounts for reported accelerations of growth and healing, but it also promotes the growth of tumours.
