Help
Interactive content doesn't load.
There are a few reasons for this.
1) You have internet explorer 7 installed with medium security settings. This prevents 'active x' content from being automatically run, this is a security precaution. However our site is completely safe and run off secure thinkquest servers, therefore there should be no security risk. To turn off this setting temporarily, go to the yellow toolbar which appears at the top of the browser screen. Click this yellow toolbar and select 'allow blocked content'.
2) Your browser does not support the interactive content. This site has been optimised for firefox and IE 6 and above web browsers. This is because over 90% of the market share uses these browsers. Unfortunately we cannot fix this problem.
The flash content doesn't load, and its asks me to install "macromedia flash player."
The flash content on this site requires adobe/macromedia flash player. This is a multimedia player that must be installed to allow the interactive content to run. It is a completely safe installation from the adobe website. The size of the application is a few megabytes and should take no more than a few minutes to install. If you feel uncomfortable installing this application this is acceptable, however you will be unable to run the flash content on this site.
The site takes too long to load.
The site may take too long to load because you have a slow internet connection. For interactive content and pages with many pictures, the load times may be significant. If you wish to only read the text content, then you can visit our text only site, this will significantly reduce load times.
The site navigation bar overflows.
This problem is most likely due to your screen resolution. Our site is optimised to 1024 * 768 resolution and above. If you are running 800*600 or below, it is recommended that you visit our text only site.
