How to Browse
It is best to go in chronological order from left to right. This is the recommended way of going through this site. In 'Overview', there is a sitemap which provides a comprehensive topic link list for the entire site. At the bottom of each page there is a reference list for that page and also a "next" button which will link u to the next page in chronological order.

Top navigation bar
The top navigation lists all the main topics or areas. When you've clicked on that area, the topic will be highlighted.

Left Side Bar
The left side bar offers quick access to specific parts of sections in 'Subsection Links' and extra material in 'Additional Resources'.

Interactive Bar
The right side bar offers statistics and quotes that will constantly rotate to offer new ideas to you in brief. You may want to reload the page for a new quote or fact. There is also a quick quiz at the bottom of the interactive bar which will challenge you with questions.

The Footer
At the bottom of the page there is a footer bar with a series of links, this provides you with information about the site navigation and team. It also provides help and the FAQ will answer many common.

Javascript Menus
Some of our navigational menus rely on javascript to work. The menu's with colour in each subsection's first page works by javascript. Below is an example. The "+" sign denotes an expandable and contractable menu. By pressing on the general topics within each section, the subtopics will appear below them by popping out. Similarly you can make the disappear by clicking on that topic again. If nothing happens, it is probably because of your internet browser restricting javascript. This is most obvious by a yellow toolbar which appears at the top of ur browser screen. You can right click and 'Allow blocked content.' For a full explanation go to our HELP section to find out how to solve this issue.
