You can start
recycling now to protect the Earth from more harm. Below are a few
recycling methods recommended by us that you can try out.
Recycling
Methods
Tip 1: Gather
unwanted items that can be recycled (E.g. Newspapers, Plastic bottles,
aluminum cans) instead of throwing them away. Rinse the bottles if they
are dirty. Separate these items into sections like Paper, Aluminum,
Plastic. You can give these recyclable items to the collectors when
they come. Do notice what can be recycled and what cannot be done so.
Tip 2: Join recycling
programs (E.g. Recycling Day, which is held in Singapore) if there is
one near your home. You can play a part to help recycle the items.
Tip 3: When you are
shopping, buy recycled and environmental-friendly products rather than
non-recycled ones so that you can support recycling.
Tip 4: There are many
schools that have already held recycling activities for students.
Remember to take part in them and at the same time, get to learn more
about recycling.
Tip 5: Try
to advise your parents if they are working in an office to recycle all
office materials when they are unwanted anymore. Examples are recycling
the office papers and cards if unused.
Tip 6: If your school
does not have a recycling project, recommend the idea to your teacher
and set up a recycling corner where bins will be set up to collect
recyclables items.
Tip 7: Try to advise
people to recycle rather than dumping those potential objects into the
trash.
That’s all. But if you have any more ideas about recycling,
please write us an email to tell us more about it.
