Government and Community

Government and community must cooperate to attain their objectives in helping these students in need. Programs are launched and laws were formulated in order to obtain their goals.

With the cooperation of both sides, the government as the leader and the community as the follower improving the education that these students have can be achieved. UNESCO, as one of the leading organization who helps these students- the organization supports governments and institutions worldwide in building capacity and formulating policies and strategies, so that education fully contributes to sustainable national development among community.

They promote courses and programs for those who can't afford to have a quality education. These programs are carried out in rural areas and they usually encourage out of school youths to pursue their education. State universities are also built to offer a good quality education in an affordable price.
