Mythological Prophecies and
Cosmology

End of
the world or "Ragnarok" as it was called by the Norse, was one of the
greatest story about the end of the world. As a summary, Ragnarok is
referred to as the battle between the Giants and the Gods, wherein when
the time the gods fall into the hands of the giants, the world will
eventually be surrounded by flames and self-destruct.
In ancient mythology, there are existing prophecies which gave people
the instinct about what will happen to the entire universe. These
prophecies we're used by the ancient people. It says that the Creation
and the End of the World is a cyclic process and it's infinite. Indian
mythology says that the creation and the resurrection of the world were
accompanied by the god before he sleeps. In other words, the god
destroys the world before he sleeps just to recreate it the next day.
This statement can be proven by the Indian Cosmology.
An Egyptian cosmology state that Ra the Sun God walks beneath the
underworld and there he would be attacked by a giant serpent Apep, but
would kill it by night. But, the Egyptian prophesized that whenever the
sun god Ra be weary and old to fight the serpent and fall into it,
without the light from the Sun God doomsday may arise.
In an era where scientists and physicists where acknowledged, they lead
the world to a new discovery. The "BIG BANG THEORY" from hence the whole
universe came. The counter part of the BIG BANG THEORY is the BIG CRUSH,
wherein it is related to a black hole. In cosmology the phrase "THE BIG
CRUSH" triggers the end of the world. In other ways scientist most
prefer that the whole universe may end through the expansion of the
galaxy, after the reversal of the expansion each and every planet or
star would be a black hole and collide with each other to form a very
huge black hole which the scientists called "The black hole
singularity". RELATED
