Human Extinction

Human
Extinction or mass extinction is the rapid decrease of human population,
other species or other forms of life in short period of time on Earth.
Few of us don’t believe that existential risk is impossible to occur
because the world is now suffering from overpopulation. Imagine life in
Monaco which is the world's densely populated country with a population
of 32,410 with only 1.96 square kilometers. According to Malthusian
Catastrophe of Thomas Malthus, overpopulation is one of the possible
causes of mass extinction.
This scenario is hardly imagined but the idea of human extinction is
based on science, popular culture, science fiction o even in religion as
what is stated on the eschatology. Possible causes of extinction of
human life are as follows: Warfare or nuclear destruction. Many are
foreseeing World War III as the cause of world's destruction. WW III is
expected to be more devastating than of the two. Plague or pandemic
involving genetic diseases or other viruses are believed to spread
killing lots of people: Famine of drought as a result of over-population
is also expected. Natural calamities like earthquakes, global warming
and pollution are predictable as one of the causes of mass extinction.
