Lucid Dreams

If you wake up while your dream is still happening, you are most likely to remember it. It has been proven that you can learn to Lucid Dream. There are two parts of lucid dreaming. The Brain States and Inducing a lucid dream.

Part 1: Brain States
REM (rapid eye movement) is a sleep state that pertains to lucid dreaming. The first part of REM sleep lasts about 10 minutes, but the second stage of REM sleep lasts up to an hour. While this is happening your body remains still, during REM sleep to prevent you from acting out your dreams.

Part 2: How to Induce a Lucid dream.
Most of the time, Lucid Dreams happen in the late morning hours of sleep.
If you want to Lucid Dream follow these directions each night before you fall asleep.
1.     Play relaxing music on low volume. Lie down and close your eyes.
2.     While listening to music do some deep breathing.
3.     Imagine and feel a white light in the middle of your
forehead.
4.     Try to imagine you are walking along an empty beach at twilight. Try to notice the details such as the stars, sky, and moon.
5.     As you walk try to sense the point of white light on your forehead. You cannot see it, but try to imagine it.
6.     6. Look down at your hands and feet. Rotate your hands. Look at them in the light of the moon and the glowing stars.

Lucid Dreams are amazing and I hope you can learn to do them!
Even when you are not trying you are able to wake up in a lucid dream.
