Conditioning

In order to be in shape for wrestling, there are certain things you should do. A good thing to do is jogging, because it keeps you and your legs in shape. Another thing to do is push-ups because they increase your arm strength and depending on your posture they gives you abs. If you really want to get a six pack, then you should try V-ups. To do a V-up you lay flat on your back, legs straight out, and arms straight up above your head. When the coach (or whoever) gives you the signal to begin, lift your arms and legs above your stomach, touch them together, then bring them back down. However before you touch the ground, hold your arms and legs six inches off the ground. Hurts, doesn't it? That is all you need to know.
