Ancient
Egypt: A Thinkquest
Hieroglyphics
Hieroglyphics were the main source of Ancient Egyptian
communication. They were made of many symbols and figures. The Ancient
Egyptians had a complete alphabet and many more symbols.
In school, the
students would write in ways like for belief, they would write bee and leaf.
They would start writing on pottery fragments, but would later use papyrus.
They would first write with a rush brush and later with a sharpened red pen.
Although this seemed, simple, the teachers used to beat the students.
