Safety tips for online chatting!

Always think about what you are going to say before you send it – After it’s sent it can’t be deleted

You wouldn’t give personal information out on a street so why do it online? It might be dangerous!

If you ever meet up with anyone from a chat room, meet in a public place and bring friends or parents with you.

If you have to choose a name in a chat room you should pick a name that has nothing to do with your real name

If you don’t feel safe or feel threatened you should immediately block them, report abuse and tell you parents

If someone brings up topics you do not like, again block them, report abuse, sign out and tell your parents
