Many individuals were helpful with our project. First of all, we would like to thank NYS Senator Vincent Leibell, who took time out of his busy schedule to answer our questions for our interview with him. We learned a great deal from Senator Leibell and enjoyed the time we spent in his office. High school Social Studies teacher Mr. Anthony Mellor was kind enough to meet with us after school to be interviewed and fill us in on historic election campaigns. We learned new facts about past elections and conducted further research after meeting with him . Member of our school district's technology department advised us on software solutions and answered technical questions when we were in a bind. In addition, Mr. Galazzo, TV Production Studio teacher, was very helpful with our videos. Our parents were very supportive of our efforts and drove us to many meetings and helped us gather responses for our survey. Our opening Flash movie was created by team member, Megan, with input and suggestions from the others on the team. The introductory song, "The Star Spangled Banner" is in the public domain and therefore, can be used on our site without special permission. Nicole created the banner at the top of each page and also helped to locate and edit the graphics found on the various pages. Laura was our video editor. She edited the three videos on our site. All graphics on our site were obtained from the Wikipedia Commons, a database of freely usable media files.
