Kindness Kids Challenge

"Finally, the house next door would have new neighbors", thought Joey as he looked at the moving van in the driveway. Soon a car pulled up and the new family jumped out. They had kids. Joey was excited, but what were they wearing? The family did not dress like his family. They looked very different. His Mom told him they were from another country.

The next day Joey, his Mom, and some friends walked outside on their way to the store. "Hello " someone said with difficulty. They did not sound like Joey and his friends. "Hi", said Joey. prideThe new family was on their way to the store, too . He could tell they were nervous. "Come", motioned Joey's Mom. "I can help". Joey knew it would take a little work to get to know each other, but he thought it would be worth the effort to have a new friend.
