Two countries, six kids, one mission

Global Impact

There are many things we hope to accomplish with this website, but one is that people where we live see a difference in us. We believe the message can spread from the Americans' very small rural community and the Brazilians' larger community, through our states, our countries, and our world.

Dani's father said, "People are closed in their shells, just taking care of their own world and forgetting those who are around them." We are tired of selfishness and we want people to think of how others feel before they act in unkind and violent ways. Group We believe that when people see others acting kindly, they want to be kind, too.

We are are leading our schools and our communities, in the effort to "Color Our World with Kindness". We have questioned citizens, asking them to share their opinions about kindness, tolerance, solidarity in the family, how to care for pets, how to raise kind children, giving, selfishness, and other topics. "Is kindness taught or are people born being kind?" is just one debate that sparked discussion. We consulted experts and conducted research that gave us factual information to back up opinions.

We realize that it is often hard to make good news spread, but we believe that kindness is contagious. We have found many people who share in our enthusiasm for this topic. Many of our classmates have joined us in our commitment to kindness when they signed The Kindness Kids' Creed. Will you join us, too?

The Kindness Kids' Creed

We, the children of all nations, want to live in a better world where people of different cultures and religions are respected. We want to have housing, good food, medical care, quality education, and time to relax with family and friends. Terror spreads anguish, sadness, tears and pain caused by armed conflicts and violence of war. The fight for power and money is worthless. The lives of our brothers are more important. We hope that our nations become patriots, and do not fight for lost wars. We want peace and love to be found in every household in the world.
