Recruit Advertising is not only the best way to go to recruit new workers, but may also be the only way to go. Nowadays, most companies post advertisements to recruit desired new employees, so much so that it has become a norm in modern society and something these companies cannot do without. Thus, the jobless today rarely call up companies to see if jobs are available. What they do is that they purchase a newspaper and look for suitable jobs in the recruit section, therefore these advertisements have to also act as a bridge between the employer and the employee.This widespread use of advertising for recruiting purposes is a direct result of the fast pace of life in society today. Companies publicise their vacancy of a position using the connecting bridge which are these advertisements while job seekers will also turn to advertisements such as classified ads in the newspapers to find out about the job vacancies. This method is efficient and practical, helping to remove much of the hassle both parties would encounter before without advertisements. Along with the developments of different media of general advertising, recruiting advertisements evolve as well, giving rise to situations whereby most companies prefer to announce their availability of jobs online, such as on their company website or the host site of an advertising company. Even those that do not advertise online also require the e-mailing of an applicant's resumes and curriculum vitaes. In conclusion, the use of advertising to announce the availability of jobs became popular later than sales advertising, but has followed the development of different media of advertising and is now a crucial part of the human resources management. It is also one of the most efficient methods of passing information between different parties. |
