At present，many people like eating fish. But do you

has come. It means have happiness next year. Fish is the symbol of blessedness,
riches and honor.
Many years ago, people wrote letters to others, and then put them into a bag which looked like a beautiful fish.“yu”(fish)has the same pronunciation with “yu”(leavings), so that fish is means auspicious. “as freely as fish in water” is also means happy.
People think that fish can bring good wishes to them, so now many people buy fish in the spring festival and also buy some fish pictures
to decorate their home.
There are also many people have a fish in the New Year eve, but they eat them after twelve o’clock in the tonight, it means have fish every year.
