Garrison-Jones History

1850-1890

The purpose of this site is to share information about the history of the property and area where Garrison-Jones Elementary is built. In the past, the land where the school is located was a citrus grove. The Garrison and Jones families were also involved in the citrus industry, like many early Florida settlers.

Pinellas County has changed very much over the years and this site has information about some of the changes.
